Are you really only a kid?

Yes, I really am a kid. I am the 10 year old CEO of this company and love business! My mom and dad help me run my business so I can still have time to be a kid.

Are your items handmade?

Yes. All of our products are handcrafted.  The supplies are sourced from shops in the USA.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?

My office is located in the foothills of West Virginia.  I am based online only.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (e.g. Master Card, Visa, and American Express), as well as PayPal.  All payments are processed through Paypal. You do NOT have to have an account with Paypal to make a payment. 


  • We ship all over the USA. We will also ship to APO and FPO.
  • All orders have a 3-5 day lead time and will receive a shipping confirmation in your email.  Please be sure your email address is correct when ordering.
  • Our normal shipping days are WEDNESDAYS and SATURDAYS.
  • All Navity sets will ship using priority shipping.  Everything elsethat weighs under 16 oz, will ship First Class. 
  • Please be sure all addresses provided are correct. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address can not be changed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to being provided the wrong address by the customer. 
  • If an order should be returned due to the wrong address, we will be happy to reship the order to the correct address, adding shipping costs prior to shipping again.
  • Once an order has shipped and has been marked "Delivered", we are no longer responsible. Please make arrangements to for someone to be available for delivery. 

Returns or Refunds

  • No returns or refunds as we ensure that our products are of highest quality. 
  • If by chance you do receive a product with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  Please contact me using the "Get in Touch" button located at the bottom of the page and let us know! 
  • If your order does qualify for a refund or return, we will process the appropriate action in 3-5 days.
